Refund Policy

At Lavish Naphs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

The following conditions apply to all returns:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags and labels.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as when they were received.
• Items must be returned with the original invoice or a copy of the invoice.
• Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
• A refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that we do not accept returns for final sale items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lavishnaphs.com and we will gladly replace the item for you.

Lavish Naph's online returns portal can only be used to return items purchased online at www.lavishnaphs.com

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Items with prices ending in $ .00, .63, .99, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Lavish Naph's is not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

(info@lavishnaphs.com) We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
